Got a new book called Born To Build, the sub title is, How To Build A Thriving Start Up, A Winning Team, New Customers and Your Best Life Imaginable.
I heard about this book in a podcast where they interview writers and give the writers the chance to talk about the books they write.
The book was written by 2 of the people in the Gallup organization. The Gallup organization is well known for their polling and survey’s.
What a lot of people don’t know is the Gallup organization does a lot more then polling and survey’s. They also produce training for corporation’s and individuals on finding the best fit work for people by helping people find and develop their talents. The Gallup organization works with corporation’s and universities all over the world.
As humans we spend a very large part of our lives working to earn a living. For us to have the best work life that we can have, we all need to find work that not only fits in with our natural talents, we also need to find work that makes us happy.
The reason I read books like this is because I want to help people learn to work less and earn more by working to earn life time residual income. Residual income is the only type of income that will give people real financial freedom. The best way to earn residual income is to work for a company that will pay you a share of the profits and revenue.

I believe we can all live a lot better life if we can spend less time working to earn money and more time doing the things we love to do.

I am a fan of Robert Kiyosaki’s books and his financial teachings on money, I don’t agree with everything he say’s but most of it, his podcast is called the RichDad radio show and they interview a lot of economist and book writers, I find them interesting and educational.
